Essam lives a lonely and depressing life, not very lonely as he has someone... he doesn't Know his name so he calls him "Bruno". "Bruno" is what you'd call a passive voice, He is a little more than that actually. He follows Essam everywhere like his shadow. And over time, Essam became more and more accustomed to his behavior.
